Privacy Notice
Updated October 2026. This notice describes how the PSI website is designed to handle personal information. Additional information may be provided on enrollment, waiver, billing, and student portal forms.
Information we collect
When you choose to submit forms, PSI may collect contact details, program interest, student or participant names, waiver signatures, payment reference details, and information you provide in messages. Academy enrollment may request parent/guardian details and sensitive student emergency or health information. Sales and partnership inquiries may be attributed to a referring representative.
Why we use it
PSI uses this information to respond to inquiries, organize programs, coordinate enrollment and participation, record required agreements, administer legitimate business operations, and follow up when you request contact. Payment processors receive information necessary to handle transactions. Training representatives only receive prospect information needed for assigned sales tasks, not protected student records.
Systems and access
The site uses hosting services and may connect to Stripe, Cal.com, Google services and Firebase as those integrations are configured. Actual live integrations and access rules are being verified. PSI should restrict student/medical information and signed agreements to authorized personnel, and not use website downloads or exported records for public distribution.
Retention and requests
Retention can vary with record type, program requirements, accounting and legal obligations. You may request information about or corrections to records associated with you by contacting PSI. Some information may need to be retained to document a payment, signed agreement, or legal requirement.
Communications
Operational emails may relate to inquiries, bookings, enrollments, or payments. Promotional text or email should be sent only where legally appropriate and supported by consent or another valid basis. You may ask PSI to stop optional promotional contacts.
Children and guardians
Parent or guardian participation is required for the Academy and minor-participant agreements. PSI should collect only information needed for programs and handle child records with extra care.
